It is important for us to create jobs as part of the work that we do in a community. We have created The Garden Food Co. as the parent company of all of the businesses that we have developed. Our vision is to build Godly businesses that expand the kingdom. Our businesses use farm-to-table experiences to make an impact. We develop and run restaurants in the communities where we work. People of the community who have completed our farm to table curriculum are employed in the restaurant and in the gardens. Chef Josiah Hernandez develops a menu that offers very creative plates of food focused on tropical food with international fusions. The goal is to attract people from everywhere to visit the community and serve to boost economic growth locally. We also teach entrepreneurship so that small businesses can emerge within the community. Our business activities are as follows:
